Due to the handmade nature of the product you may see some irregularities in the weave or the print. These are minor imperfections and what makes these pieces unique.

Yes. All international orders ship via DHL. Please refer to our shipping policy HERE.

All of our orders ship from the United States and therefore may be subject to local taxes and duties. Please refer to our shipping policy HERE

Yes, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to honor any returns. Please note that sale items may not be returned. For exchanges, you can find our full Returns and exchange policy HERE.

We are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside the U.S

To start a return enquiry please email care@liminal-ny.com with your order number. Please note that you are financially responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to please ship items with a tracking number and insurance. You can also start your return HERE

Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 business days once your return has been received and inspected. An email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Please email us at care@liminal-ny.com if your order has been lost or stolen. Liminal cannot take any responsibility for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required delivery.

We accept a wide range of payment types, including but not limited to: Paypal, Amex, VISA, ApplePay and GooglePay and Shop pay.

All of our collection is hand crafted and we recommend washing it on a gentle cycle using cold water and  mild detergent. We do not recommend the use of a dryer. For certain styles, dry clean is best. Please refer to the wash care label on the item. If your item has hanging embellishments like tassels, we recommend washing the item in a small garment bag to keep it from tangling and keep your item looking good longer.

We do not restock at this time. All of our styles are handcrafted in small batches. We may bring back some silhouettes in updated fabrics , etc from time to time. We recommend signing up to our email list so you never miss out on new styles.
